About Origin Story Coffee

Origin Story is a coffee cart located in Skein & Scribe Yarn and Book Cafe in Salem! Run by the incredible Julia Juran, local barista champion, she's out here serving delicious drinks & pastries, having delightful conversations, and teaching crochet classes in between!

The cart features Julia's home-made Chocolate Muffins, Blueberry and Lemon Danish, and Coffee Cake, and seasonal bonus treats. They will surprise you with their outsized flavor from such a tiny cart!

What's a coffee cart without delicious coffee? Serving beans from great local roasters like Prismatic and Steel Bridge, you're sure to get an incredible cup every time. For the kids or folks who just don't prefer coffee, there's often hot chocolate, lemonade, italian soda, and other options available depending on location, season, and availability.

We're now located in Skein & Scribe Yarn and Book Cafe at 3989 Commercial St SE in Salem! Come in to enjoy our coffee, tea, and treats amongst the books and knitters!
